FAQ / BEFORE WE BEGIN
Clarity comes first.
Big questions.Clear answers.
Everything you need to know before
we build your next chapter.
How much does a website cost?
Cost depends on page count, content, custom design, integrations, migration and support. We provide a scoped quote after reviewing the requirements. Hosting, licences, media production and advertising spend are identified separately where relevant.
How long will the project take?
The schedule depends on scope and the availability of content, approvals and third-party access. We agree milestones after the discovery stage rather than promising the same timeline for every project.
Can you improve our existing WordPress site?
Yes. We first review its condition, theme, plugins and key journeys. An audit helps decide whether focused improvements or a rebuild would be more practical.
Do you write website content?
We can structure and write English website content within the agreed scope. You approve facts, claims and regulated or legal wording before publication.
Do you guarantee Google rankings or AI mentions?
No. We improve technical foundations, relevance and clarity, but search engines and AI platforms control rankings and citations. We assess progress using available reporting and business outcomes.
Who owns the website and accounts?
Ownership, handover and licence conditions are set out in the proposal. Domain, hosting and business platform accounts should be held by your company; third-party software remains subject to its licence terms.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Maintenance and improvement work can be agreed separately. The plan defines coverage, response arrangements, backups and exclusions.
Can we start with a small project?
Yes. A website audit, a focused landing page or one clearly defined integration can be a useful first engagement.
