- Frameworks, systems, templates, AI models remain property of Consai

Both parties agree to:
- Keep all business information confidential
- Not disclose sensitive data to third parties
This obligation continues after project completion.
7. Limitation of Liability
Consai shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of revenue, profit, or data
- Third-party failures (hosting, APIs, platforms)
Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service.
8. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee:
- Specific rankings (SEO)
- Exact lead numbers
- Revenue outcomes
9. Third-Party Services
Projects may include third-party tools:
- Hosting providers
- APIs
- Marketing platforms
Consai is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or failures of third parties.
10. Data Protection

11. Project Delivery & Timelines
- Timelines are estimates unless contractually fixed

- If the other party breaches obligations
Upon termination:
- Completed work must be paid
- Access to services may be revoked

These Terms are governed by:
- Laws of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah
- Applicable UAE Federal Laws
Any disputes shall be resolved under RAKEZ jurisdiction.
15. Force Majeure
Consai is not liable for delays caused by:
- Natural disasters
- Government actions
- System failures beyond control
16. Independent Relationship
Nothing in these Terms creates:
- Partnership
- Joint venture
- Employment relationship
